Texture in Time Exhibition 2005…Kick Gallery…Northcote, Melbourne
The Texture in Time collection was first exhibited at Kick Gallery on High street, Northcote, Melbourne 2005. At the time I was studying Graphic Art at RMIT and living in Northcote.
This exhibition inspired me to continue doing the organic photo-montage style of images and was the first show i did after having a house fire in which a lot of new, unseen imagery was destroyed. For the show a series of 16 new images I created were chosen and printed on semi-matt photographic paper. They were all the size of a record cover and mounted on 10mm foamcore. The show was a huge success and most of the images sold during the exhibition.
